Provides students with knowledge and skills necessary for integrated supply chain management and demand planning. Prepares students for designing and managing supply chains for logistics and cost efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Investigates operations planning, scheduling, and sequencing; forecasting and timely planning of orders, materials, capacity, and labor; supply chain networks, efficient product flows, distribution strategies, fulfillment options, and network designs. Prepares students to use technologies in supply chain management for effective supply management, including procurement fundamentals, purchasing processes, and strategic sources. NR
