GEOL 167A COOPERATIVE WORK EXPERIENCE: GEOLOGY1 Unit - 1 hour lab

Prerequisite: Student must have taken or must be currently taking a college-level course in the natural sciences.
Limitation: Application must be approved by CWE coordinator.
This General Cooperative Work Experience course provides college unit(s) for supervised work experience related to any type of job whether paid or unpaid; this is intended to assist students in acquiring and developing desirable work habits, attitudes, and career awareness. General CWE need not be related to student’s career goals or any specific vocational program or major offered by the college. Students may earn up to 1 CWE units per semester. 1 unit of credit will be awarded for each 75 hours of paid or 60 hours of unpaid hours worked. NR
