This course explores the relationship between yoga and its connection as one of several holistic methods to manage the mind, body, and spiritual effects of stress. It is designed to promote enhanced performance and function. Its focus is the practice of breathing, relaxation, asanas, meditation, positive thinking, and other techniques related to taking and/or instructing others in yoga.
