KNES 7 WEIGHT TRAINING IV0.5 Unit - 1.5 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Recommended Preparation: KNES 6 strongly recommended This course reviews weight training principles and introduces powerlifting including equipment and safety techniques. Instruction includes proper protocols to successfully execute basic explosive and powerlifting exercises as well as nutritional factors related to individual strength and fitness performance. KNES 7 may be taken once for a maximum of 1 unit. NR
