FN 400 NUTRITION/COOKING FOR ONE OR TWO0 Units - 1.5 hours lecture, 1.5 hours lab This course offers practical information about nutrition, food preparation, menu planning, and food shopping for one or two people, focusing on the dietary needs of older adults.
