Cisco Networking (CCNA), COA


This program of study includes instruction and practice in the theory, design, configuration, and operation of simple Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN). Topics include network security, router and switch configurations, network design, and wireless communications. This certificate program prepares students for entry-level positions in network administration and to take the third-party Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification Exam.

Program Student Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

  • Students will apply computing techniques to solve common business problems, to manipulate and interpret data, and to disseminate the data, methodology, analysis, and results.
