LIB 20H CRITICAL THINKING AND ADVANCED INFORMATION LITERACY HONORS3 Units - 3 hours lecture

Critical thinking and advanced information literacy skills facilitate analysis and synthesis of ideas encountered in academic research. Students will use iterative and strategic exploration of information in various contexts and modes, applying a critical lens to discoveries, and writing a literature review infused with evidence. Honors enrichment through extended research and criticism of a contemporary information issue which may be used for a conference or presentation. Credit in either LIB 20 or 20H, but not both. NR
