ART 80 DRAWING FUNDAMENTALS3 Units - 2 hours lecture, 4 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC This is a basic course in representational drawing. It introduces students to the process of perceiving natural forms and rendering the illusion of three-dimensional reality on a two-dimensional surface. Students apply the principles, elements and practices of representational drawing using black and white, wet and dry media. ART 80 is required of art majors but is open to all students. Students are limited to taking four drawing courses (ART 80, 81, 82, 85, 86, 88 or 186) for a maximum of 12 units. C-ID: ARTS 110 NR
