DNCE 91 DANCE TRAINING: ROLLERS AND ROTATING DISCS WORKOUT2 Units - 1 hour lecture, 3 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Recommended Preparation: Students should know basic dance terminology and be able to execute basic movement with the correct alignment This course is designed to provide students with dance training using rollers and rotating discs to further challenge placement, core, turn out capabilities, plumb line, and stretches in dance movement patterns. Students are limited to taking four conditioning courses (DNCE 50, 86, 87, 88, 90, 91, or 92) for a maximum of 8 units. NR
