DNCE 48 YOGA: CONTEMPORARY AND TRADITIONAL EASTERN FORMS2 Units - 1 hour lecture, 3 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC This course incorporates traditional mind, body spirit exercises and paths and compares these with current styles of yoga and other holistic methods. It focuses on the evolution, differences, and similarities between various paths and styles of yoga and other eastern-based body therapies. Use of restorative breathing and relaxation exercises are also included. NR
