DNCE 45 YOGA AND STRESS MANAGEMENT2 Units - 1 hour lecture, 3 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC This course explores the relationship between yoga and its connection as one of several holistic methods to manage the mind, body, and spiritual effects of stress. It is designed to promote enhanced performance and function. It’s focus is the practice of breathing, relaxation, asanas, meditation, positive thinking and other related techniques as related to taking and/or instructing others in yoga. NR
