WR 15 INTRODUCTION TO SCREENWRITING FOR FILM/TV

3 Units - 3 hours lecture

Prerequisite: Eligibility to enroll in a transferable English course
This course introduces students to fundamental dramatic conventions and formats of screenwriting for film and television. Students will identify, evaluate, and employ fundamental dramatic conventions such as structure, character development, dialogue, and setting as they analyze produced screenplays and write their own original work.
