KNES 17 CORE TRAINING III

2 Units - 1 hour lecture, 3 hours lab
This course is designed to improve the athlete’s core strength, coordination, balance, quickness, and agility. Emphasis will be placed on medicine ball and bosu ball training for muscle enhancement to maximize performance. KNES 17 was formerly offered as KNES 225. NR
